Kilflynn Beats

Our 5th & 6th class took part in this years Junior Entrepreneur Programme. The children created a music CD which they called 'Kilflynn Beats'. Mrs. Kearney would like to congratulate the children on the huge success of their project and thank parents for their continued support throughout the process.

Pyjama Day

Congratulations to all who participated in our 'Pyjama Day' recently. All money raised was donated to the children's ward at Kerry General Hospital. Such a fantastic cause so well done!

Irish Dancing Winners

Comhghairdeas! Pupils from 1^st class in St. Teresa’s National School, Kilflynn who recently danced to glory at an Irish dancing Feis in Lixnaw.

Seachtain na Gaeilge

Seachtain na Gaeilge 2015

Scoil Treasa Naofa, Kilflynn recently participated in Seachtain na Gaeilge to coincide with St. Patrick’s Day. There were several fun filled activities to promote the use of the Irish language in the school. These included ‘Trάth na gCeist’, ‘Scríobh Leabhar project’, ‘Comόrtas Ealaíne le Seanfhocail,’ ‘Rannta Scipeάla sa chlόs’, and ‘A Lά Glas’. Children were eager to get involved and plenty of ‘spraoi’ was had by all!!
