Kingdom County Fair Knitting Competition May 2014
Mrs.
Kearney's 5th and 6th class pupils were the overall
winners in the knitting competition during The Kingdom
County Fair. They chose the theme 'The Teddy Bear’s Picnic.’ They
incorporated spool and finger knitting techniques as well as needle work to
design a maypole, food items, teddy bears and much more to complete their
fantastic display. We’d like to say a huge thank you to
Mrs. Brassil for guiding and helping us throughout the project.
